We worked with Laxman to purchase our 5th home. Within the first two visits, he understood what we were looking for, and tailored what properties he showed to us. He knew the situation behind every listing, and advised us about when to place a bid and how much, or even when to walk away. Laxman is prompt, moves fast, and pays a lot of attention to detail. With his help & advice, I got a good deal on the house (there were higher bids than ours, but ours was the best prepared and most well-presented, which clinched the deal).
